Return Policy

At Dada Dipsy & Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packing.

Non-Returnable Items:

Because many of our products are handcrafted or personalized, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
