At Dada Dipsy & Co., we want you to love your purchase. Please review the following return and refund guidelines before making a purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags when applicable.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, customized, or made-to-order merchandise is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable on the product listing are also not eligible for return, subject to applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or an error was made with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
